I wasn’t kidding when I said I have been on a dress kick lately! If you caught Thursday’s post about must-have dresses for summer (you can see the post here), you may remember I didn’t include a shift dress in the mix. However, if the shift happens to be this under $50 number, add it to the list! A simple and classic fit, this is truly the perfect spring shift dress.

The Perfect Spring Shift Dress
I have shared my love for versatile pieces here countless times. It’s hard not to love a dress that can be worn casually and dressed up! Not only is this dress versatile, it’s under $50, available in 8 colors and just an easy dress to wear in the spring and summer! All of these qualities made me declare this dress to be the perfect spring shift dress. As for sizing on this number, Nordstrom suggests sizing down. I, however, went with my regular size of medium and was happy with the fit. I was a little concerned about the length, the small would have been super short on me! Since I like my clothes to be more of an oversized fit, the medium was perfect. For reference, I am 5’8.
Go-to Spring Accessories
As for accessories with this perfect spring shift, I went with my go-to straw circle bag (similar here & here) and these cute, designer dupe sandals. I bought these sandals a few months ago and am so glad to finally have the opportunity to wear them. Available in 4 colors and under $80, not only are these sandals a great designer dupe (see the designer version here) but they are also super comfortable! There is also a wedge version of the sandal here. I just bought the white pair and I am obsessed!
Have a great start to the week! See you back here tomorrow for a special Cinco de Mayo recipe!
